Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and hold one or more industry-recognized certifications such as ITIL, MOF, Microsoft, Apple, or CompTIA credentials. A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is accepted. The position demands strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills to support diverse technical environments.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT or Related Field), OR Associate degree or H.S. diploma with at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience in IT customer support
• Technical computer and customer service skills
• Must hold one or more of the following certifications (or current equivalent) at the minimum six months before the contract is awarded:
