This is a full-time, hybrid, interim opportunity designed to help build out the organization's project management infrastructure to better deliver on strategic program goals.Perks:Hybrid opportunity with an immediate start!Competitive hourly at $42-46/hr, DOE!Chance to collaborate with a highly respected philanthropic team advancing cutting-edge social initiatives!Opportunity to design and shape project management systems that improve organizational efficiency and impact!Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement tailored Asana workflows, templates, and task structures to support program design, planning, and execution.Collaborate closely with program leadership to translate high-level goals into actionable project plans within Asana.Develop clear documentation and training materials to support Asana adoption and best practices across the team.Recommend and integrate Asana features such as custom fields, dashboards, timelines, and automation to optimize cross-team collaboration.Ensure the Asana setup enhances transparency, accountability, and progress tracking across functions.Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and iterative refinements to the Asana system throughout the contract period.Requirements:Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing Asana to meet team or organizational needs.Strong background in project management, process mapping, and workflow optimization.Familiarity with nonprofit or philanthropic program operations and strategy.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to deliver clear training and user guides.Experience supporting change management and user adoption of new tools or systems.Familiarity with adjacent systems (such as Microsoft Office, Airtable, or other project management tools) and how they integrate with Asana.Compensation: This hybrid, interim opportunity offers an hourly pay range of $42-$46.
