What You’ll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: connect, follow up, and book meaningful conversations
  • Engage thoughtfully via email, LinkedIn, and phone — with messaging that speaks to real challenges
  • Qualify opportunities and pass warm, well-informed leads to our sales team
  • Keep your CRM organized and your numbers dialed in
  • Help shape and improve messaging through ongoing feedback
  • Work with intention, stay organized, and build relationships — not just pipelines

What You Bring

  • Experience in custom software development sales or a strong interest in client-first tech consulting
  • Clear communication skills and genuine curiosity about the client’s business
  • Purpose-driven: you’re motivated by more than quotas — you want to help businesses succeed
  • Resilient and organized — you take initiative and follow through
  • Cold outreach, inside sales, or appointment setting experience is a plus
