Today we are hiring a few Remote/Hybrid Direct Sales Representatives in Wisconsin. Our Sales teams are our front-lines, interacting with customers every day and educating them on our products and services. Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Targeted earnings from (60,000-)100,000 per year or more
  • The listed salary encompasses both the base salary and potential earnings when meeting established sales quotas.

Skills

  • 6+ months of sales/customer service experience OR current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary credentials and/or licenses to sell
  • Reliable transportation is a must

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers through in-person cold calling and networking
  • Make sales calls to assess customer needs and sell services to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare documentation of sales orders and remit to supervisor daily
  • Manage customer accounts from sale through installation
  • Conduct telephone follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after installation
  • Set up and attend community events to generate sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of sales/customer service experience or relevant military experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
