Key Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll work closely with the Vice President by:
• Project Management: Overseeing timelines for software delivery and managing mid-level training projects. • Client Communication: Coordinating launch announcements, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders. • Materials Preparation: Creating professional printed documents and training materials. • Database Management: Acting as Assistant Manager for leadership reports and maintaining database accuracy. • Report Distribution: Sending client reports and ensuring consistent follow-ups. • Email Management: Organizing and prioritizing the VP’s correspondence. • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, tasks, and meetings for smooth project execution.
What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with:
• Tech Savvy: Ability to master three proprietary software platforms quickly. • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. • Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative. • Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and effective in writing and speaking.
