Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hiring multiple candidates. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks.
• Provide support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed.

Experience:

• Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role.
