1. Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm) ****need to take 3 minute IKM assessment 2. Excellent command of the English language ( work like one of the four to be bilingual, English and Spanish) 3. Proficient in Word and Excel 4. Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience will be a plus. As part of their Beacon-to-Link migration project their development team is building some tools to migrate orgs, accounts, users and select Orders components. They need to manually build a lot of organizations and users in Link. Although they will be able to programmatically migrate some of those, they will need resources beyond their 4 person team to assist with building the remaining orgs and users. This team will support the divisions so they will work a shift that supports their division. Shifts range from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST. Helpdesk experience will be a plus.
