Virtual Assistant for Vegan Fusion & Chef Mark Reinfeld Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Pay Negotiable

Chef Mark Reinfeld and Vegan Fusion are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in the plant-based/vegan space. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple digital platforms, coordinate partnerships, and drive growth for our culinary programs, online courses, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ E-Commerce Management: Merchandise and maintain our Shopify store, optimizing product listings and promotions. ✅ Podcast Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule podcast interviews to expand our reach. ✅ Substack Management & Growth: Oversee our Substack newsletter, engage subscribers, and develop outreach strategies to attract new and paid subscribers. ✅ Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility. ✅ Affiliate & Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage affiliate partnerships and conduct outreach to establish strategic collaborations that promote our signature 4-week vegan culinary immersion and online courses.

Requirements: - Proven experience in the vegan/plant-based space across the areas listed above. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English. - Experience with Shopify, Substack, social media platforms, and email marketing. - Creative mindset with a passion for plant-based living and culinary education.
