Job Description: As a Kitchen Assistant and Cashier at Tanatan, you will play a dual role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our customers receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and handling cashier duties. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes according to recipes and quality standards. Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing inventory. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Cashier Duties: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, manage the cash register, and provide correct change. Order Accuracy: Verify orders to ensure they are complete and correct before serving or packaging for delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or cashier role is preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
