Remote Online Notaries (RON) in New Jersey( Contracted)

NotaryLive is a fast-growing, industry-leading platform delivering secure, seamless online notarization services. We're currently contracting Remote Online Notaries (RON) who are already credentialed in New Jersey, New York, or Florida.

This is a contractor position. We do not provide assistance with RON credentialing. Applicants must already be commissioned notaries and RON-approved in their respective states.

What You’ll Do

• Perform remote notarizations using NotaryLive’s secure, state-approved platform
• Conduct live video sessions to confirm identity and notarize documents
• Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and privacy
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with every client interaction
• Identify technical issues and provide feedback to improve the platform

Requirements

• Must reside in NJ, NY, or FL
• Must be a commissioned Notary Public with Remote Online Notary (RON) certification in your state
• Strong internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
