Remote Chat Support Representative
Overview
We are hiring a Chat Support Representative to assist clients via live chat. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys written communication, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to help customers in real time.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming live chats and respond quickly with accurate information
- Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation
- Use chat templates and personalize responses when appropriate
- Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live chat or online customer support preferred
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail
- Calm and focused under pressure
