Job Description: Live Chat SupportDepartment: Customer SupportReporting Structure: Reports to Customer Support ManagerSummary:Focussoft Tech is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, resolving their queries efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
