That’s why here, you’ll have the freedom to drive change, the enablement to find your own path, and the support to succeed.About the RoleThis person will manage the P&L and drive global commercial strategy defining and driving the execution of for a portfolio of account screening products within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) vertical, reporting into the Global Head of Screening Strategy. This person will work Screening Portfolio strategy working cross-functionally across with and across the different functions within the business Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Finance to manage near- and longer-term strategic product initiatives. The person will need to The leader will also need to keep current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends, and compliance practices across key regions globally.This position can be remote in US but will need to work with colleagues across the globe. Eastern Time (ET) zone is preferred for maximum overlap of time zones.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Commercial and Product strategies, and roadmaps and associated business cases for capital investmentsDrive strong growth for specific screening products whilst ensuring a focus on customer experience.Drive strategic pricing and other Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that generate incremental value for the business and our customersWork with regional colleagues to ensure regional plans align and reflect with global screening strategyWork with colleagues to develop out M&A or partnership opportunities in line with global FCC and business services strategyWork closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps and associated business casesPartner closely with Sales to win new business, expand existing relationships, and drive referrals.Partner closely with Marketing to ensure screening products are well positioned, represented, heightening brand awareness and trust, and drive qualified leads to SalesPartner with Professional Services to ensure their plans are aligned and reflective of the product portfolio screening strategyProvide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry/regulatory trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organizsation.Interact with clients (both internal and external) to craft solutions that meet client needs, thereby increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.Clearly communicate global FCC strategy to regions and functions as neededRepresent the FCC business and company at internal/external events and conferences, interact with analyst firms and provide thought leadershipRequirementsCross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organizationBusiness acumen and strategic planningDisciplined management of complex agendaCritical thinking and analytical skills, and high level of comfort with creative problem-solvingStrong interpersonal and communication skills; public-speaking experience is a plus team playerStrong presentation skills; comfortable with presenting to senior executive leadershipDomain expertise in the FCC space is preferred4-5 years of experience is preferred, with 2-3 years in management consulting, commercial strategy, product strategy, corporate strategy, or strategic planning rolesP&L experience is preferred, but not requiredBusiness degree (BBA/MBA) or engineering background is preferredWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
