- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
