Responsibilities Responsibilities  Own and drive the architecture, design, implementation and shipping products  Collaborate... across teams and organizations as part of shaping the product  Develop and mentor a strong, diverse team and be a role model  Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, be self-directed, and work well with other people  Foster a culture of being agile, innovative, team-oriented and customer-focused Qualifications We expect the candidate to have:  8+ years of hands-on industry experience in building large-scale services and enterprise grade software  Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in computer science engineering or equivalent  Experience with Java, C++, C# or similar  Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills  Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale  Effective communicator and collaborator  Experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams and being a thought leader within the team  Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
