The position operates on a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities  Accurately input and verify data utilizing our online systems.  Meet and exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks consistently.  Operate autonomously in a focused workspace with minimal oversight.  Implement business rules to guarantee precise data management.  Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all Personal Health Information (PHI).  Conduct thorough data verification processes in line with established protocols.  Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to data entry processes for improved accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills  Proficient typing speed of 50+ WPM or 4,500 KPH with a minimum of 95% accuracy.  Strong aptitude for quickly mastering new systems and keyboard shortcuts.  Personal computer (desktop or laptop) equipped with a 10-key keypad and mouse.  Operating system: Windows 8.1 or higher.  Secure Wi-Fi connection with WPA2 protection or superior.  A dedicated, distraction-free workspace (not situated in a shared or common area). Qualifications  Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.  Availability to commit to full-time work within the specified first-shift hours.
