What you will do: Agent Growth Director will be responsible for crafting and executing on growth strategies to attract, retain and scale business within the assigned region. How you will make an impact: • Execute on strategic initiatives to attract new agents, teams and brokerages • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, agents and industry influencers to identify new growth opportunities • Ensure that eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers • Experience presenting to medium-to-large audiences (>30 people) • Monitor market trends and upcoming changes in the industry that impact the business • Regularly provide updates to senior management on pipeline, deals, strategic initiatives, and overall opportunities existing in the market • Manage all activity within HubSpot CRM from lead generated, to deal closed • Conducts training to enhance agent’s knowledge and understanding of contract, risk management, licensing and country real estate law, if applicable. • Promptly responds to agents request for assistance • Effectively consults and engages with eXp agents and others in problem solving of matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues • Supports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing state agent base in terms of brokerage operations • A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities including a deep knowledge and understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the applicable law of the country and any guiding real estate associations. • Communicate effectively and timely with executive leadership and other key stakeholders via written, verbal and interpersonal communication • Collaborate with staff, vendors, and agents across the eXp family of companies to share best practices, drive solutions, and provide world-class support to agents.
