IT Program Manager, Custom Solutions for Healthcare Transformation Location: REMOTE in Central or Eastern Time Zones Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 base + Bonus + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time & REMOTE Typical Hours: M-F, 9 am – 5 pm ET Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available IT Program Manager, Custom Solutions for Healthcare Transformation Description Our client is seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to add to their team in the United States. Working as an integral part of the leadership team, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive strategic custom solutions and foster thought leadership. These projects will be under 3 verticals: CRM, Website, and Data Platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of program management experience, has a strong background in a SAFe methodologies environment, and has experience developing custom solutions. IT Program Manager, Custom Solutions for Healthcare Transformation Responsibilities • Act as a trusted advisor and main contact for healthcare clients • Address client pain points quickly, completely, and efficiently • Translate business needs into program objectives and technical solutions • Lead end-to-end delivery of programs, maintaining alignment with client goals • Develop program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans within team capacity • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure programs remain on track • Implement SAFe principles for each custom solution • Facilitate program increment planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with other teams to maintain agile workflows and improvement • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency • Articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Partner with development teams for custom solution execution • Manage interdependencies between workstreams and maintain team alignment IT Program Manager, Custom Solutions for Healthcare Transformation Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required • 3+ years of Program/ Project Management experience required • Experience developing IT custom solutions in the Healthcare Industry required • Multiple solution deliveries within SAFe agile environment required Apply Job!
