[Remote-Position] Entry Level Computer Technician

We are currently looking to hire Entry Level candidates that have an interest in pursuing a career in technology, but have yet to gain any professional experience! Training is provided. Experience is NOT NEEDED. Most of the hiring at the moment is for overnight/graveyard shifts, although there are some needs for day shift. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment that builds servers for the largest cloud company in the world. #OneLorien Recent college graduates with or without professional experience are encouraged to apply - local candidates highly preferred. Job Duties: • Install and push server racks into place • Test server components such as RAM, CPUs, Motherboards, Cards, etc. • Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment. • Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals. • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. • Training will be provided Preferred Skills • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Cert, etc) and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors) is a huge plus • Thorough knowledge of computer hardware components (building / troubleshooting / etc) • Troubleshooting skills • Very good communication abilities • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills • Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
