Qualifications Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing are currently seeking applications from Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Program in 2024 at Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing based in the United States. We are especially interested in receiving applications from students who are working to complete their studies in the areas of: • Chemical Engineering • Applied Physics and Instrumentation • Instrumentation Engineering • Electrical Engineering / Electronic & Electrical Engineering • Automation and Process Control • Software Systems / Development • Information Technology / Networking • Engineering in Mechatronics • Computer Systems Engineering / Software Engineering • Biomedical Engineering • Electronic Systems / Computer Science Successful candidates will be part of the Global Graduate Program. This Program is an intensive Training Program that consists of Classroom Training, Workshops, Theory and Practical Training. Requirements • Degree qualified in one of the areas listed • Interest in Data, Automation and the Life Sciences Industry • Strong oral and written communication skills are required, with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally • Successful candidates are expected to be self-motivated and develop an understanding of the business. • Experience of working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation or a regulated environment is desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn about data management in the area of Life Sciences Manufacturing, including data historian, data analysis and the essentials of Good Manufacturing Practice. Location(s) Analysts will be deployed to Cognizant office(s) in Philadelphia-PA where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we will attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business need and position availability will determine final location assignment. Start Date(s) Analysts will start in two cohorts – February or July 2025. If your offer is for January, we will communicate your exact start date at the time of offer. While we will attempt to honor candidate start date preferences, business need and position availability will determine final start date assignment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is $72,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
