Customer Service Representative Job description... Culligan New Jersey & PA is seeking dynamic candidates to join our talented and friendly office staff. We are currently looking for office staff that can work remotely four days and in person one day (West Orange, NJ). ABOUT CULLIGAN: Culligan has over 85 years of experience in the design and distribution of water purification systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are growing aggressively, and is among the largest water purification companies on the East Coast. WHY WORKING HERE IS GREAT: Everyone loves safe, health water. Our customers range from your neighbor and local business all the way to the largest hospitals, universities, and manufacturers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Based on your background and areas of interest, you may be asked to help with: ? Posting and Invoicing ? Contact customers regarding balances ? Customer service - phone and texting ? Billing support ? Sales support ? Improving operational efficiencies ? Special Projects as they arise. This is an amazing Full-Time hybrid position. For the right candidate, we can entertain Part-Time as well. We can offer flexible starting / ending times, Monday-Friday. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS ? Excellent communication skills. ? Ability to quickly learn, with strong problem-solving skills. ? PC proficiency & ability to learn new computer systems. ? Attention to detail. ? Must be willing to submit to a background check. ? In person training period at either our Sparta or West Orange NJ office. ? A basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
