Solicitor (or CILEX) - Private Client (Lifetime Planning) - Flexible working available Client A well-established local firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield. Role • Advising clients on and drafting wills, powers of attorney and associated documents. • Assisting clients on family asset succession and protection. • Opportunity to grow amongst a supportive team. You • 7+ PQE solicitor or CILEX with Private Client experience. • Proven experience in advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax. • STEP & CTA qualified or part-qualified, experience of COP and Probate administration experience would be advantageous.
