Job Description:  Make outbound and take inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients  Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response...  Speak with customers and updating them that information they have received asking you to vote is not accurate  Direct them where they can vote moving forward.  Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side  Night Shift - Monday - Thursday (6:00 - 11:00) Eastern AND Saturday (12:00 - 6:00 Eastern) Qualifications:  6 months+ years of customer service, data entry experience  Good speaking voice  Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking  Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
