Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time) Location: Fully Remote Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. Support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. • Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively. • Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet. • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, post-secondary education, or bilingual (Spanish/English).
