We're Hiring Immediately (Performance Marketing Specialist with E-Commerce experience) Experience: 2-5 years Salary: Up to ?35,000 per month We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce experience is a must) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. The candidate should have a results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering high ROI in digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to achieve ROI goals. • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and creatives to improve performance. • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness. • Audience Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and re-targeting. Conduct audience research to enhance targeting accuracy. • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring daily spends align with budget plans. • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and ensure effective brand messaging. • Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and regularly present findings to stakeholders. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • E-commerce experience is a must Prerequisites: • Distraction-free workspace, high-speed internet (100 Mbps), and reliable laptop with camera. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings. • Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
