Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Promote and sell services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling. • Process customer orders, cancellations, and provide comprehensive information on our offerings. • Address and resolve billing inquiries and complaints with precision and empathy. • Maintain and update customer records accurately in our database following interactions. • Stay informed about our services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers. • Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex customer issues. • Manage service disconnections and reconnections for customers with overdue payments. • Handle payment processing and collection for delinquent accounts professionally. • Exhibit active listening and multitasking skills during customer interactions. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. • Anticipate customer needs and present effective resolutions swiftly. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service. • Familiarity with CRM systems and telecom services is preferred. • Ability to perform basic calculations such as percentages and discounts. • Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. • Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
