Required Skills • Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards. • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities. • Proficient in computer applications relevant to education. • Exceptional time-management skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Qualifications • Preferred experience as a teacher or instructor working with children, including in non-traditional settings. • Knowledge of early childhood education principles. • Experience in a childcare center setting is advantageous. • Background in curriculum development and lesson planning. • Familiarity with positive discipline practices and engaging with parents and guardians. • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the demands of the role.
