Job title: Entry Level Administrative Support Company: Marshall Public Schools Job description : Marshall Public Schools is seeking applications for an Entry Level Administrative Support employee. This person will assist with administrative requests, provides secretarial and receptionists duties, assist with scheduling, supervising/monitoring of computer lab and various other concerns as directed by Senior Administrative Support. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of working a PC desktop computer Ability to perform a single 10 pound lift Ability to do basic mathematical equations Hold a valid driver?s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications: * A level of understanding of the variety of services delivered through Adult Education Database experience Experience working in an office setting Ability to work with diverse populations Salary/Contract: Starting hourly wage dependent upon education, qualifications and experience.
