Snowball is looking for a full-time Video Editor to help build and grow the YouTube presence of Typeform—a leading SaaS/tech platform trusted by businesses worldwide to create more engaging, human-centered digital experiences.

Known for combining thoughtful design with powerful functionality, their tools power hundreds of millions of customer interactions each year, enabling brands to connect with audiences in more meaningful ways.

You’ll help shape the visual style and storytelling voice of their YouTube channel—editing a range of content that viewers actually want to watch (think: Jubilee or Conde Nast-style YouTube content.

You’ll partner closely with Snowball’s YouTube growth experts (who’ve scaled channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views) to deliver audience-first, brand-aligned, organic content that drives engagement and builds brand affinity.

• Create compelling YouTube-first edits that hook viewers early, keep them engaged, and leave them wanting more

• Shape raw footage into clear, compelling narratives

• Bring energy through pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and storytelling flow

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

• Collaborate with producers and the client’s in-house marketing and creative teams

• Stay on top of YouTube editing trends and audience engagement best practices

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong focus on YouTube or digital brand content. Must have a portfolio that demonstrates your storytelling instincts and editing range (YouTube experience a plus). Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other post-production tools

• Ability to turn educational or product-focused topics into compelling content

• Strong project management and time-management skills

• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration cycles

• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams

• Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading expertise is a plus

• Work-from-Home Support – $150/month reimbursement ($75 per paycheck)
