Member Outreach Representative

Job Summary Our client is seeking Member Outreach Representatives to address the backlog of member outreaches. The goal is to hire individuals who can effectively connect with 500 out of 7000 members within two months.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a pilot program aimed at reaching 500 members per month.
• Utilize provided scripting and training resources to facilitate communications.
• Achieve a target of 195 dials per week with a goal of 39 to 65 successful connections weekly.
• Report on conversion metrics and participate in feedback loops to optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for outreach and engagement.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to cover East Coast, Central, and West Coast time zones with a flexible schedule.
• Access to a Lantern laptop for remote work.
