We are seekingaSystem Administrator (Night Shift)to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.The System Administrator (Night Shift)is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accounting software systems, ensuring smooth operations, and troubleshooting any technical issues during overnight hours. This role also involves supporting system updates, backups, and assisting the accounts team with any technical needs in a timely manner. Mission:As anAccounts Team System Administrator on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency. Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position. ~~~~ This position is Night Shift - Monday-Friday 7pm-3am Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph. Certifications: ? None Requirements: ? U.S. Citizenship ? Active TS/SCI with polygraph ? A Bachelor's Degree and Ten(10) years of relevant experience. ? Proven experience in customer service and data entry support. ? Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems. ? Experience with Active Directory for user management and access control. ? Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing System for handling and tracking service requests. ? Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts. ? Strong communication skills to interact with the accounts team and resolve technical issues. ? Knowledge of accounting software systems and their maintenance is a plus. ? Flexibility to handle system updates, backups, and perform routine checks during night hours. ? Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and technical tasks. Mandatory Requirements: ? Customer Service Data Entry ? Microsoft Office ? Windows; Desired Skills Active Directory, ServiceNow Ticketing System Desired Requirements ? None Education and Required Qualification ? Bachelor's degree and Ten (10) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience. OR ? High-School Diploma or GED and Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience. Travel ? Less than 10% of travel may occur.
