Proposal Coordinator – AEC industry (Fully Remote)

Your Role: As the ideal candidate, you bring 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus. As a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator with Glumac, you'll play a crucial role in managing Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish. Your creative flair will shine as you produce compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations. A key responsibility will be managing the pursuit response with technical staff. This includes develop marketing qualification packages, while showcasing your graphic design skills and advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. We value attention to detail and expect you to have an advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods. Salary Range: $64,000 - $75,000 This base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
