Position Description We are looking for an accomplished Architect with extensive expertise in FAX technologies to join our organization. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams—including IT, network, and compliance—to design, implement, and maintain the FAX system as well as its integrations with other enterprise applications. Key responsibilities also include monitoring fax traffic, troubleshooting delivery issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors, documenting operational procedures, and supporting continuous system enhancements. Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud-based FAX architecture solutions aligned with business requirements. Configure, deploy, and maintain FAX systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Monitor fax traffic, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors as necessary. Conduct routine assessments and audits of FAX systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Deliver training and user support on FAX system functionalities, optimizing service delivery. Provide daily support and troubleshooting for OpenText fax systems and assist in migrations from legacy platforms. Remain informed about advancements in FAX technology and industry best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FAX system architecture and processes. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards. Minimum Requirements Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Critical Skills 7 years of experience in designing and implementing FAX systems Proven experience in architecting and implementing Fax solutions (Opentext Rightfax Connect, Consensus) Strong knowledge of FAX protocols and standards. Experience in assessing existing IT infrastructure, developing comprehensive cloud migration strategies, and designing cloud architectures. Strong knowledge of networking and telco infrastructure (VoIP/FoIP/CUCM). Additional Skills: Knowledge of network security principles. Familiarity with database management and integration. Proficiency in scripting and automation. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Physical Requirements: General Office Demands We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
