The Innovation Manager plays a critical role in driving the delivery of Ayvens’ innovation roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities and long-term sustainability goals. This role transforms emerging opportunities, market trends, and data-led insights into commercially scalable products and services. You will lead innovation projects (alongside the product team) from pilot through to , with specific accountability for the Connected Vehicle proposition. You’ll identify new product or service innovations from both internal teams and external partners, developing business cases and leading cross-functional pilots to assess value and feasibility. The role is highly collaborative and commercially focused. You will act as the link between the Innovation function and key stakeholders across Specialist Sales, Bids, Marketing, Consultancy, and Product, ensuring alignment of storytelling, proposition design, and market positioning. You’ll track innovation KPIs and report on impact across the business to demonstrate value creation. This is a visible role, supporting day-to-day collaboration and contributing to Ayvens’ team culture. You’ll represent Ayvens in external customer meetings, panels, and innovation forums to showcase our forward-thinking approach and market leadership. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a mix of strategic thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management. You’ll enjoy working across multiple initiatives at pace, and you’ll be confident aligning innovation activity to commercial performance, customer outcomes, and long-term business objectives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering Ayvens’ innovation roadmap and managing pilot initiatives and proposition development. • Leading the Connected Vehicle proposition — including external data partnerships, vehicle health data. • Sourcing and evaluating innovation opportunities from across the business and external market. • Building robust business cases for innovation and leading cross-functional pilots. • Collaborating with Bids, Consultancy, and Marketing to develop insight-led propositions. • Representing Ayvens in innovation forums, panels, and customer meetings. • Reporting on innovation KPIs and ensuring innovation initiatives follow governance best practices. What You’ll Need to Succeed: • Proven success in product management, PMO, or innovation roles (digital/tech experience advantageous). • Strong stakeholder management and communication experience. • Understanding of connected vehicle services and/or data aggregation methods. • High IT literacy, especially with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Teams). • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic, commercially-minded approach with strong analytical and storytelling skills. • Resilience, curiosity, and a future-focused mindset.
