Enterprise Applications Manager (ERP, Collaboration, Productivity)

As the Engineering Manager for SaaS Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for leading the engineering strategy and ensuring the quality of our enterprise-wide ERP, communication, collaboration, and productivity tools. This role is crucial to our business operations and offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our company-wide communication, productivity and collaboration strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or software engineering
• 7+ years proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of managing enterprise applications for a 1000 person organization
• Strong expertise and hands on system administration experience with Apple, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and Box
• Experience with ERP systems (GL, AP, AR) such as Sage-Intacct and procurement applications (Airbase)
• Excellent in data management and systems integration
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent vendor management and software spend management
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy policies in relation to software tools
