Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized TikTok Shops Manager to take full ownership of our brand partners’ TikTok Shop presence. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of TikTok Shop accounts—ensuring storefronts are fully optimized, compliant, and set up for scalable growth. From onboarding new brands to auditing existing shops and managing daily operations, this person will treat each TikTok Shop like a core ecommerce channel, not just a social add-on.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding Access Management:

  • Lead the process of setting up new TikTok Shops for brand partners, including documentation, platform compliance, and initial configuration.
  • Secure backend access to existing TikTok Shops and ensure all relevant stakeholders and permissions are properly configured.
  • Audit previously configured shops for missing elements, errors, and growth blockers—including tax info, shipping setup, payout details, and product feed issues.

Store Management Operations:

  • Maintain accurate product catalogs with updated pricing, descriptions, imagery, and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure storefronts are aligned with current promotions, campaigns, and seasonal shifts.
  • Monitor orders, fulfillment issues, and customer feedback to proactively flag and resolve operational concerns.

Optimization Merchandising:

  • Analyze product-level performance and optimize listings to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Launch and manage exclusive bundles, affiliate-only SKUs, or creator campaign products.
  • Manage promotional tools like coupons, flash sales, and TikTok Shop incentives.

Compliance Quality Control:

  • Perform regular quality checks on each shop to catch policy violations, incorrect categorization, or subpar PDP content.
  • Ensure all listings meet TikTok Shop’s evolving guidelines and remain eligible for algorithmic boosts and ad placements.

Campaign Execution Coordination:

  • Collaborate with creative, influencer, and paid teams to ensure product tagging and Shop readiness for all content and paid campaigns.
  • Support creator-driven campaigns by managing product tagging, affiliate tracking, and link configuration in Shop Manager.

Reporting Strategy:

  • Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and SKU-level insights.
  • Recommend changes based on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling performance through merchandising, promotions, or content integration.

Platform Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date on all TikTok Shop updates, including new features, tools, compliance rules, and affiliate structures.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on TikTok Shop strategy, setup, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or another ecommerce storefront with daily operational ownership.
  • Deep familiarity with platform tools, account setup, product listing best practices, and order management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple shops and brand needs simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in cross-functional coordination across creative, development, influencer, and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, data tracking, and using dashboards to drive decisions.
  • Bonus: familiarity with affiliate management, creator programs, or paid social strategy on TikTok.
