Job Overview: As a Digital Marketer at Jetzy, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and converting online traffic into loyal customers. You will leverage digital marketing strategies across various channels to promote our travel services and packages. The role offers a commission-based compensation structure in addition to a base salary, with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on your performance. Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and more) to drive traffic and conversions for Jetzy’s travel services. Create and manage paid search (Google Ads), display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns to attract potential customers. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and KPIs (Cost Per Acquisition, CTR, Conversion Rates). SEO and Content Marketing: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings for Jetzy’s website, increasing visibility in travel-related searches. Work closely with the content team to create compelling blog posts, landing pages, and other written materials that engage customers and enhance SEO performance. Analyze competitor websites and digital strategies to identify opportunities for improving Jetzy’s online presence. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute strategies across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to build engagement and drive leads. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Jetzy’s brand and resonates with travel enthusiasts, influencers, and potential customers. Track social media performance, analyze audience engagement, and refine strategies to maximize results. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop lead-generation strategies, including paid ads, content offers, and social media campaigns, to attract high-quality leads for Jetzy’s travel services. Optimize landing pages and digital funnels to convert website visitors into qualified leads and paying customers. Track and report on lead-generation metrics, ensuring that goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns that nurture leads, promote new travel deals, and re-engage past customers. Build and maintain segmented email lists for targeted campaigns and personalized offers. Monitor email campaign performance, ensuring open rates, click-through rates, and conversions meet set targets. Analytics and Reporting: Track digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall digital marketing ROI. Continuously test and refine marketing tactics, including A/B testing of ads, emails, and landing pages, to ensure optimal performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, ideally within the travel or tourism industry. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and Google Analytics. Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions. Self-starter with a results-oriented attitude and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the travel industry, trends, and customer preferences is a plus. Ability to collaborate with other teams (content, design, sales) to align strategies and achieve company goals. Compensation: Commission Structure: you will earn a commission for each lead or sale generated through your digital marketing efforts. Commission will be tied to measurable performance indicators such as: Number of leads generated. Sales conversions driven by your campaigns. Return on ad spend (ROAS) or similar performance metrics.
