- Prepare initial and final Closing Disclosures
- Balance final closing figures with the Title Company
- Prepare and release final closing documents
- Order and release funds for closing
- Monitor key dates and adhere to deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in preparing CD’s and closing docs
- Directly communicate with origination team and title company closer
- Calculate and verify compliance with program down payment requirements
- Work with post-closing staff on any corrections and/or collection of additional items as needed
- Must have experience with all loans types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, CHFA, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to all involved
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of current mortgage closing experience.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
- Must be proficient with all websites necessary to complete job functions.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
