St. Luke's Virtual Hospital exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. • Remote Patient Management support is available 24/7
• Support patients in their homes by virtually monitoring and collaborating in their care
• Patients are given iPad and vital sign equipment for a 30, 60, or 90 day program
• On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
• Part-time (0.6 FTE), day shift openings (7am-7pm) , 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
• Certification pay available

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in Telemetry/Cardiac helpful
• Licenses/Certifications:Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
