We are looking for part time Sales Representative who will promote products, share knowledge an put their selling to the test when engaging with consumers.Hourly Wage$26/hourProgram locations/dates/schedule:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LndG3gK-TdJbrPuaS-JeB3G0MBDTcyEkMw857I77WGo/edit?usp=sharingWorking ConditionsPrimarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per dayMay require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on specific roadshow products.Product Expertise : Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products educating and illustrating key features and benefits to consumers.Consultative Selling : Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions.Sales Goals : Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.Product Demonstrations : Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features, and product quality.Order Processing : Guide customers through the order process, filling out the appropriate forms for smooth check out experience.Roadshow Display Setup & Teardown: Work with store personnel to locate event materials in back area of warehouse and receive direction on where the display area is to be located.
