And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As a Back office support assistant, you will work closely with the OTC Supplemental benefits call center leadership team. You will assist members with reimbursement inquiries, health plan questions, replacement cards in addition to offline work utilizing a ticketing system through MS Outlook. As Back office support assistant you are responsible for ensuring superior service for our clients by providing information, feedback and resolutions to their requests and inquiries within a 24-48 hr. service level time frame. This role is Hybrid in our 2100 Highland Corporate Drive office in Cumberland, RI, 3 days a week from 8:30-5PM ET. Required Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint Experience with Mail sorting, filing and organizing returned mail Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience in use of call center technologies/applications Experience working in a call center environment Education Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
