Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Research Analyst to join our team, responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance job market data to generate high-quality leads
• Conducting research on company profiles, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn to identify targeted contacts and profiles
• Building and managing databases of B2B contact lists through internet research, data mining, and extraction
• Generating leads for email campaigns and ensuring effective communication with prospects
• Validating and managing leads and contacts to drive business growth

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Research Analyst in the US Staffing industry
• Proven research and analysis skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn, as well as experience with database management and data mining
