Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing instructional activities for students with special needs
  • Provide individualized support to students, including academic, social, and emotional guidance
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including student progress and behavior

Requirements

  • Educator License with Stipulations for Paraprofessional - ELS (PARA), or Substitute (SUB) certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work positively with adults and high school age students
  • Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
