Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students
• Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery and personalize learning for all students
• Maintain grade book, ensure student academic integrity, and make student placement and promotion decisions
• Communicate regularly with students, learning coaches, and parents to ensure student success
• Collaborate with the school and national professional learning community to develop effective instructional tools and strategies
• Support learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues and basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and active CTE state teaching certification
• Relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to clear required background check(s)
• Residency in Missouri preferred, but will consider residents of Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas
• Ability to obtain a Missouri teaching license and attend in-person events as planned
