Key Job Details:

• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, plus weekly pay and benefits
• Position: Full-time Remote Medical Benefits Specialist
• Location: Remote (work from home)
• Company: Workwarp, a leading provider of healthcare solutions
• Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing outbound and inbound calls to service patients and providers
• Conducting medical benefit investigations and verifying patient demographic data
• Inputting critical patient information into our system with high accuracy
• Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience
• High-speed internet with modem access
• A positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance and communication skills
• The ability to work in a team-focused environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Your own personal Windows PC or laptop (no tablets or mobile phones permitted)
• Integrated or external webcam and minimum RAM requirements of 16gb and 250gb of storage
• Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload
