We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at MTech Mechanical in Eagle, CO. As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel
  • Perform administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supply requisition, and maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the front lobby appearance is clear and orderly
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room setup, and other related tasks
  • Provide support to the office staff, including invoicing clients, processing temporary labor timecards, and coding company credit cards
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital

Requirements:

  • Must be approved to drive per MTech's driving standards
