We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Intern to spearhead our online presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Pinterest. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence, engaging with our diverse audience, and driving measurable results.

This is a part-time, remote internship (25-35 hours per week) with flexible hours, offering you the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging, original content for various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Strategy Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our corporate objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Regularly analyze performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and fostering a vibrant community.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand's reach.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital space.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in content management, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Pinterest

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field is an advantage
  • Previous experience as a copywriter or content manager
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and software
