As a Collector/Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and achieving collection goals through effective negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assist with collections and resolve inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize effective negotiation skills to achieve collection goals and meet performance targets
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and provide updates to customers, demonstrating a proactive approach to collections
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to the training schedule, ensuring ongoing development and improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales, or Telemarketing
• Proven ability and desire to help people, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills, with a customer service focus
• Engaging and enthusiastic personality, with a confident and clear communication style
• Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
