Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and lead programs, classes, and activities in specialized areas such as art, dance, drama, music, and sports
• Design and plan curriculum and activities that promote community engagement and social interaction
• Provide staff training and oversee the use of recreation equipment and facilities
• Perform administrative duties, coordinate special events and programs, and maintain records and inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, participants, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of professional-level experience in a related field, paid or volunteer
• Demonstrated teaching skills in a specialized area of interest
• Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin are highly desirable
