Job Summary

As a Manager, Commercialization Engineer at The Coca-Cola Company, you will play a critical role in transforming our business by leading the management, implementation, and execution of technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, software development teams, hardware teams, and product owners to investigate and triage issues, identify defect patterns, and develop project plans that meet our transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercialization, productivity, and strategic projects across internal and external manufacturing locations to deliver new products and technologies.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • Lead technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of new products and packages.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to execute new technologies, processes, and innovative solutions.
  • Drive productivity initiatives across the system and identify opportunities to lower supply chain costs.
  • Support package and product quality, and co-lead to minimize risk to the company and brand.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop and deliver strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT, Project).
